🌿 Becoming Who We Are

Jesus hasn’t simply come to forgive us — he has come to make all things new, and he invites us to begin living in that new world now.

This Sunday we continue through 1 Corinthians, asking what it looks like for a community shaped by Jesus to become who God has already called us to be.

Just a reminder that Brookside Share, Earley is CLOSED this Wednesday, 12th August for our one-week summer break. 🌿
But we’ll be back the following Wednesday! 🙌

☀️ A quick summer update from Brookside Share, Earley

A reminder that Brookside Share will be CLOSED on Wednesday 12th August as we take a one-week summer break, giving our wonderful volunteers and clients a well-earned rest.

We'll be back the following Wednesday the 19th August and look forward to welcoming you again!

🌭 And we'd love to invite you to our Brookside Church Community BBQ!

🤔 What’s an Apostle?

Someone important? Powerful? Impressive?

Paul gives us a very different picture.

In 1 Corinthians 4, he describes apostles as servants, stewards and even “fools for Christ.” Because in the Kingdom of God, greatness doesn’t look like status or success, it looks like Jesus.

Join us this Sunday as we explore what it means to follow the way of Jesus in a world that so often measures life by power, position and appearance.

☕ Enjoy our complimentary Brookside Café from 5:00pm, followed by our Food Share from 5:30 – 6:30pm.

Looking for hope, real community, or a fresh start?

Come and join us this Sunday (26th July, 10:30am) at Brookside Church.

This week we're exploring Goodness, how experiencing God's goodness can change us from the inside out and shape the way we live, love and care for others.

We'll also be sharing Communion together as we remember Jesus and celebrate the life he offers.
