Did you know that our talented barista, Jamie, and his team made it to the finals at the Henley Regatta?

Needless to say, the whole of the H’ARTISAN team working that day were glued to the live YouTube stream in various areas of the shop. Those off shift were watching live on the river or at home on television!

For a brief time, our lovely customers had to come 2nd but thankfully they understood and many were also cheering him on.

Earlier this month we hosted a very special event - Ian & Julie's 40th Wedding Anniversary celebration.

They hired the café exclusively on a Sunday afternoon, welcoming 50 guests to celebrate 40 wonderful years together, while our team provided all the catering.

It was a real pleasure to be part of such a special and very happy occasion.

Recently, Sarah, Tom and Divan had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Colonna Roastery in Bristol.

It was a brilliant chance for Divan to expand his knowledge of the journey from ‘bean to cup’ and spend time with owner and champion barista, Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood.

Maxwell’s passion for speciality coffee takes him all over the world, working with coffee experts and is truly infectious. His demand for the highest quality coffee is something you can genuinely see and taste in every cup.

Now that the dust has settled, we have been looking back over the events from this year's incredible Wargrave Festival! The sunshine certainly added to the atmosphere, even if it was a little warmer than we'd have liked at times.

One of our highlights was taking part in the Enchanted Wine Bluffer's Tale, where Sarah and Sara B joined the panel. We can safely say that a very merry time was had by all!

A huge thank you to Bee Burke for organising such a fantastic event, and congratulations to everyone involved in making this year's Festival such a success.
