แนะนำร้านอาหารไทยใน Reading: Bolan Thai Cuisine

ตอนแอดมา Reading ใหม่ๆ แอดถามนักเรียน Reading ที่นี่ว่า "มีร้านอาหารไทยที่นี่อร่อยๆไหม" ส่วนใหญ่จะตอบเป็นเสียงเดียวกันว่า "โบลาน" วันนี้แอดเลยจะมารีวิวร้านอาหารไทยที่เด็ก Reading แทบจะทุกคนแนะนำให้แอดมา

จริงๆร้านนี้อาหารนอกเมนูที่นักเรียนไทยชอบสั่ง คือ ยำไข่ดาว "มันมีตำนานว่า ตอนแรกคนสั่งยำวุ้นเส้น ใส่ไข่ดาวทอดกรอบ กินไปกินมามันอร่อย คนเลยบอกกันต่อๆ เลยเป็นเมนู "ยำไข่ดาว" (อารมณ์คล้ายๆ ข้าวผัด LSE ที่ ลอนดอน ที่ไม่ได้มีในเมนู)

อยากจะกระซิบว่าที่ร้านโบลานจะมีเมนูสองเวอร์ชั่น "ใครมาทานกลางวัน แอดแนะนำให้ขอเมนูสีขาวภาษาไทยด้วย" (ซึ่งมันมีเมนูลับที่มีเฉพาะเล่มสีขาวเท่านั้น แต่ถึงแม้ได้เมนูมาก็ไม่ได้ว่าจะได้กินง่ายๆ เพราะบางทีวัตถุดิบจะไม่มี 😂)

ส่วนเมนูทั่วไป เท่าที่เห็นเมนูที่นักเรียนไทยชอบสั่งจะเป็น ปลานึ่งมะนาว, ข้าวกระเพราะหมูกรอบ, ขาหมู ส่วนตัวแอดชอบปลาหมึกทอด (แต่วันนี้ไม่ได้สั่ง) ส่วนฝรั่งจะชอบสั่ง Sharing Platter, คนจีนจะชอบสั่งผักบุ้ง (ไม่รู้ทำไม) กับข้าวผัดสัปประรด (วันนี้มากินก็อร่อยดี)

ตอนนี้แอดเป็นลูกค้าประจำร้านนี้ไปแล้ว ถ้าใครมา Reading อย่าลืมมาทานร้าน Bolan อยากรู้ว่าที่อังกฤษ มีร้านเด็ดประจำเมืองไหนอีกที่อยากแนะนำ ให้แอดไปลองกิน..
