David has been a chef for 15 years and after working in restaurants in both Rome and London decided he wanted to do what he loved the most, without the restrictions of a permanent venue.

Food Favourite... one of fave bites to make (and eat) are our spiced beef empanadas!

The empanada is a delicious, handheld pastry turnover, and can be made by folding dough around a sweet or savoury filling.

They can be baked or deep-fried and are enjoyed worldwide as appetisers, snacks, or main meals (size depending of course)... we serve them as part of our canapé options at events.
