I had a meeting at Brasserie with insurance and council. Basically loadsa water still behind bar and storeroom it’s got in some of my electrical work don’t know how bad yet. got to pull bar down and dry it out. No timeline no power no water to building. I am trying my best to push things along to the best of my ability. I feel the phoenix 🐦‍🔥 will rise again not sure yet in what format as things change. Rest assured if i am cooking i give you 💯 of my time Caz will be there and me. I keep people posted as it’s my duty as so many people have supported over 14 years trading. Just feels strange working at my business to suddenly stop 🛑. My heart ❤️ says i go again my body says your getting older slow down destiny will tell me but i am not ready to walk away yet Duty calls and i don’t like letting people down 👨‍✈️ ❤️💯🐦‍🔥🙏

An update for everyone that reached out to me and for clients. the building hasn’t been declared safe yet the electric main supply i think bad water damage the restaurant no fire damage just water running through the electrics from the building getting the fire put out . yacht club burnt out port control damaged fisherman units underneath no power. i’ve been doing all the due diligence stuff so paper work galore not why i cook but needs doing. i keep everyone updated as soon as i receive information i know nothing else. i dont know the severity of damage as no access. on a personal level i just want to cook at Brasserie and make people happy my heart goes out to whatever drove a individual to the extreme and hope they receive all the care they need to be a good citizen in the community. that’s all i know for now if i get a green light then i go as quick as i can inline with the insurance company. support local businesses spread your love and be kind ♥️ love Aidy and Team Caz sends love 🥰

so i was there last night gave my keys to the fire guys i said do what you can. to be honest not a lot of fire damage to brassiere apart from water pi***ng throw and no electricity. i can bounce back my heart says will my landlord restore yacht club above me thinking or walk away but i do my best to be open i open i thanet council do there best as they want my rent money

i am sure everyone has witnessed food inflation and all the rest of it so roast all in £25 no added extras costs come after 5pm and i slash it to half price why not because its any different but it gives people opportunity to have family to@e at a price that meets there budget. we all have a story to tell but let’s look after community as rest assured higher government may not 👊🙌❤️ ATB Aidy

i am back cooking i took some time out to give staff a rest and i needed my mind to re calabrate. 15 years running a restaurant is heavy it has consequences but i am back me and my sister caroline are tight she has my back did we fool out he’ll year but we stay true to the course which is make people happy i am naughty she is gorgeous it’s a combination but it’s real no perfection but honest people trying there best to please people. caroline is like me we try our best to enjoy a moment what’s perfect in a imperfect world 🌎 but we are true at 53 i will push myself hard honestly i ant 20 it’s hard but i try the day i can’t i walk away but i hope i added some value on tbe journey

He inspired me to believe in anything possible being in special needs i use to go to his dads restaurant as a young man i think my dad taught him but the important thing is we give the children opportunities that’s my mission what’s perfect in a imperfect world 🌎 i like love and harmony that’s what i see
