Murgh Jeera. Mild and creamy chicken with a hint of cumin.

Deggi. Halloumi cheese in a chilli masala.

Gunpowder Aloo. Potatoes with ground coriander seeds, cumin and fennel.

Saag. Spinach and peppers in a slightly spiced south Indian masala gravy.

Dhal. Creamy lentil curry with fresh tomato and turmeric.
