This morning I tried a bit of what my corporate days would call ‘product development’ - I’d rather call it ‘trying stuff out!’ So we tried two ways of serving warmed bread bowl rolls- chilli con carne or mushroom soup. I couldn’t choose between them - which would be your choice?

Are you looking to create a festive, colourful and unique wreath? Here at Ruby Ruth's Country Barn we’ve been running Wreath workshops for 10 years and we never get tired of them. We have clients that have been coming for all of those 10 years. We offer a whole host of decorations/themes/ideas so your wreath is truly unique. Each step is fully explained and guidance given in a decorative, festive setting with a choice of refreshments on offer.

Currently we only have spaces left in our November workshops:-
Saturday 21st at 10am or 2pm
Thursday 26th at 6.45pm
Saturday 28th at 10am or 2pm.
Full payment is required upon booking.

An early warning that we, at both Ruby Cooper's Coffee House and Ruby Ruth's Country Barn, will be closing at 1.45 on Saturday 19th September. We will also be closed on Sunday 20th and Sunday 27th September but will reopen each following Monday at 8.30am as usual. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We have been notified by Cambridgeshire County Council that, tomorrow, Bodsey Toll Road will be closed between Muchwood Lane and Wells Bridge “due to repairs of carriageway defects.” Therefore, we have no option but to remain closed in our coffee house and Ruby Ruth's Country Barn. We apologise for any inconvenience, and will reopen on Saturday at 8.30 as usual.

This Sunday we welcome back Huntingdon classic car club from 12-2.30pm. If you’d like to see some pretty amazing classic vehicles of all sizes, colours and descriptions, could make your way through a bacon roll and some cake washed down with a coffee then Ruby’s might just be the place you want to be!
