🌊✨ SALTY DIPS IS ON TONIGHT! ✨🌊

And what better evening for a dip than the Autumn Equinox! 🍂🌊

Today marks the moment when day and night are roughly equal — a little seasonal turning point — so we’re making the most of these lighter evenings and getting ourselves into the sea! ☀️

Everyone welcome — mums, dads, children, dogs… EVERYONE! 🐶💦

You definitely don’t need to be a swimmer — it’s simply about getting in, having a bit of fun, feeling the sea, then warming up afterwards with a hot chocolate, coffee, b**r or something delicious to eat. 🥰☕🍺

The energy is charged and it’s another lovely morning here at Saltwater Shack!

We’re ready for our 8:30am Tai Chi session — the perfect way to start the day with a little movement, mindfulness and good energy.

As usual, we’re open all day serving delicious food, tasty snacks, homemade cakes and our daily special: our Dorset cream tea with clotted cream, strawberry jam and a lovely pot of tea. 🫖🍓🍰
