When we didn't get a 2025 version of this beer I was really worried we wouldn't get another, imagine my excitement when I spotted their announcement for a 2026 version.
While being unable to legally call it a gueuze, this is essentially as close to a Scottish made gueuze as you can get; using yeast isolated from belgian brewers and using the same techniques, this beer is an excellent spotlight on just what you can do with yeast. Expect notes of tinned pineapple, apricot, peach, and zesty citrus coupled with Holy Goat's trademark funk.
