This province is in the south of China where the weather and climate is warm, and ingredients can be grown and farmed easily and abundantly, producing the widest varieties of dishes with different flavours, colours, textures, fragrances and sauces. Together with different cooking methods such as steaming, stir frying, shallow frying, deep frying, double steaming and braising, Cantonese cuisine encompasses a wealth of complexity and is one of the most loved cuisines around the world. Sichuan Cuisine is the most widely served cuisine in China, with it’s hometowns being Chengdu and Chongqing in the province of Sichuan. Dishes of Sichuan Cuisine are famous for their hot and spicy flavour. An outstanding facet of Sichuan dishes is the delicate use of pepper or chilli. The ingredients used are great in variety, including poultry, pork, beef, fish, vegetables and tofu. The methods of cooking vary according to the texture required. Fast-frying is the most widely used cooking method. Sichuan Cuisine wins universal praise for its hotness, sourness and numbness it produces, which is rare in other regional cuisines. Its cooking methods include baking, sautéing, dry-sautéing and steaming. Tang Restaurant offers a unique karaoke experience in our decorated private karaoke function rooms. Parties can dine in their room and use our professional touch screen karaoke system to sing, perform and entertain until late. Different sized rooms cater for different sized parties, with rooms ranging for 4-8 persons to our large room which holds up to 20 guests. Food and drinks are served to the room by our service team, and each room has a service light, which guests can use to call for service.
