Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and drenched in a rich, tangy tamarind sauce. 🦆✨

“Duck in Tamarind Sauce” (Ped Sauce Makham) is a classic Thai dish rooted in traditional royal cuisine techniques. Tamarind has long been the soul of Thai sourness, perfectly balanced here with palm sugar and crispy shallow-fried shallots. The richness of the roasted duck contrasts beautifully with the sweet and sour sauce, creating an unforgettable harmony of flavors.

A bite of true Thai tradition on a plate! 🤤
