After three incredible years of building Hadfields Bistro into the thriving, much-loved place it is today, weβre announcingβwith a heavy heartβthat we are offering someone the opportunity to take it on and lead it into its next chapter.
This hasnβt been an easy decision. The concept weβve created means the world to us, and itβs been shaped by passion, dedication, and an amazing community. However, due to other significant commitments and the ongoing challenge of staffingβespecially finding people who share our values and visionβwe feel the time is right to hand over the reins.
We would like to thank everyone who has played a part in bringing Hadfields to lifeβfrom the early days of planning and building the concept, to those who helped us open our doors and keep them open every day since.
