Lily & Lime helps dozens of people with learning disabilities to learn skills in hospitality and customer service. Some will move on to paid employment, while others are developing their skills as part of living a more independent, happy and healthy life. It is a social enterprise of Minstead Trust, a charity that supports more than 200 people in Portsmouth and beyond to live more independent lives.

🍰 Fresh from the kitchen! 🍰

A huge well done to James for creating this beautiful Victoria Sponge Cake. James worked with staff to bake this from scratch and showed fantastic attention to detail throughout the process.

The finished result looks absolutely delicious and we're incredibly proud of the effort and skill that went into making it.
