We're delighted to share that we'll be joining the Stonehaven Feein' Market this Saturday 6th June ❤️
For those who missed out at Stonehaven or Chapelton Farmers' Market, this will be another opportunity to enjoy our handcrafted Japanese cakes and desserts.
As many of our cakes are usually available as whole cakes for pre-order, market days offer a rare opportunity to enjoy them by the slice or as individual treats 😍
Lovingly handcrafted by our Japanese baker from Kyoto, we'll be bringing along:
🍓 Japanese Strawberry Shortcake — delicate sponge layered with fresh cream and strawberries, crafted using baking methods that have been preserved in Japan for over a century.
☁️ Japanese Cotton Cheesecake — cloud-light, airy and melt-in-the-mouth, a Japanese delicacy first introduced in the 1960s and refined over generations.
✨ Japanese Choux Cream – a light choux shell generously filled with our signature silky cream, including Matcha made with premium tea sourced from Uji, Kyoto — Japan’s most celebrated matcha region and the hometown heritage of our baker.
🧁 Handcrafted Cupcakes — Matcha, Biscoff, Cookies & Cream and Vanilla.
🍰 Japanese Financier – buttery, delicate and finely textured, a refined cake made with pure almond, inspired by those found in Japan’s high-end pâtisseries and elegant bakery gift collections.
Whether you're discovering us for the first time or returning for a favourite treat, we'd love to welcome you to our stall.
As everything is made in small batches, pre-ordering is highly recommended if there's something you'd especially like to enjoy.
