If you are wondering what is banana pudding?

Banana Pudding Pots🫶

When I tell you this might be one of the nicest things I've ever tried I'm not lying🥹

We sourced proper American Nilla wafers and Jell-o pudding fillings to make these absolutely bananas desserts🍌

It's the first Scotland game tonight so why not grab one for when you get the munchies at 2am🤭

We are also loaded up with Cheesecakes, Waffles, Dubai Pistachio Strawberries, Ice Cream, Cookies, Crunch Cakes, Sundaes, you name it🤤

We'll also have lots of different banana pudding flavours coming soon too😈

Layered Cheesecake Pots🫶

I have made two small batches of layered cheesecakes pots for the shop to see how popular they are! They are huge btw, it's two slices in one! We also have a new dessert coming soon too, which I am so excited about!! I've been meaning to make this since late last year but being pregnant was way harder than I thought😂

Strawberry Cheesecake: layers of biscuit base, smooth vanilla cheesecake, fresh strawberries and strawberry tart glaze topped with fresh whipped cream and drizzled with strawberry sauce🍓

Biscoff Cheesecake: layers of biscoff biscuit base, smooth biscoff cheesecake and biscoff spread topped with fresh whipped cream, a drizzle of biscoff and biscoff crumb🤎

🍦🍌Banana Caramel🍌🍦

If you were to ask what our most popular flavour in the shop is, I would without a doubt have to say Banana Caramel🍌

We've had this flavour out consistently in the shop since we opened! I think it's so popular because we make it using real bananas and not artificial flavouring, bananas ripened perfectly and swirled with a beautiful dulce de leche caramel which together resembles a lovely banoffee pie🥧

Do you remember when we made fresh banoffee pies in the shop? I was overwhelmed with just how popular they were, you'd have thought we had a zoo with the amount of bananas we were buying🍌🐒

When we say we make everything by hand, we mean literally by hand👐

Hand cooked, hand made and hand paddled, all in small batches!

Heavy on the cream, we don't use any packet mixtures or massive machines, just genuine hand crafted, ultra-premium ice cream😋

And one of our most popular flavours in the shop is our Salted Crack Caramel so I thought I'd give an insight into how we make it!

Using a dry caramel method, there's no syrups or flavourings in this ice cream just proper tasty caramel😎

And our signature chocolate coated caramel crackers of course!
