Louise has been working flat-out today, baking plenty of goodies for this weekend when we're hosting the Cornish Gig Racing Grand Prix... With over 640 competitors coming to race, she's made Tiffin, White Chocolate & Raspberry Blondies, Cookies, Salted Caramel Blondies, Lemon Blondies, Chocolate Chip Shortbread Bars and Chocolate Flapjacks to keep everyone fueled up, and with spectators able to come and watch the racing from the Cafe Balcony it should be a fantastic day for all!😎😎😎

When Olympian and all-round Superstar Ellie Adridge popped in to sign the Kitesurf board that she won the Gold Medal on at Paris 2024, that we're so proud to have on display in the Cafe!

We're slowly building our collection of Olympic memorabilia here, celebrating amazing achievements and helping to inspire all that visit.
