Where were you when the UK broke the heat record in 2026?

It’s not easy keeping cask ale at cellar temperature in a Micropub with no cellar. We had to get two new chillers this week, and still we had to be creative to make it work.

The Inn is not too bad, it stays about 25 degrees inside. The casks are down to 12 and the draft kegs about 6 degrees.
