I loved making this two tier beauty for a wedding Beacon Crag Wedding Venue recently 🌊

The couple wanted a simple decoration that gave married by the sea vibes, and this was just perfect👌

No Porthleven Food Festival for me this year, it’s strange not to be down there selling my wares but I am looking forward to enjoying it on the other side with my family! 😌

I whipped these up for a loyal customer who was going to miss me being there this year but still wanted their cupcake fix… how could I say no! 😄

It’s been a minute! 😄

Sorry for the lack of activity recently. Being a mum is hard work and running a business is a close second! Combine the two and sometimes it can be tough.

I lived and breathed Truly Cornish for 5 years and I thought I could do with taking some time away from posting and just ‘be’ for a bit, away from the pressure of always trying to be busy and having orders on the go. I love making cakes and creating boxes of joy for people, but adjusting to moving the business back home and seeing my cake shop disappear has actually been quite tough! It was still 100% the right decision, but clearing out a space you’ve worked so hard on and selling everything you invested in comes with a little bit of heartache 💔

I am hoping to up the page activity a bit more and keep sharing my creations - because everyone loves looking at cake!

Made for a friends birthday, this pint sized Victoria sponge may well be the sweetest thing I’ve seen!🎂

Apologies I’ve not posted much… I’ve been busy with orders but keep forgetting/being unable to photograph them due to having a child who needs me to have eyes in the back of my head😳🙊🙃
