New product trying out.
SAITHE/COLEY
A firm and flaky fish with a slightly stronger flavour than cod.The skin side flesh will have a slightly darker colouring earning its other name coalfish.
With cod prices becoming more expensive this is a great alternative to try.
£6.50 served with chips small sauce and homemade tartare sauce 😋
