😡 JUST A REMINDER MANNERS !!!!!!
Today sunday 9th aug 25 , a very busy breakfast as always 😆💪💪 however a family of 4 came into the cafe and the girls attended to them with the service all customers get everytime they come in . However food was taken out , all well and good. Due to us having a small kitchen and the busy flow we had the toaster was behind. I took this opportunity as i hate customers waiting to long even though it states on the board please have patience as we cook to order. Thats just me as i like the customer to always go away happy. On this occasion i was very busy and i shouted over to let them know thier toast was on its way. To which the lady abnoxiosly shook her head , so i responded with " im just making you aware your toast is in thats all " and she totally went at me , stating she wasnt been rude and she didnt shake her head at me even though a bunch of our regulars was sat opposite and its clear she did as i checked the cameras . She then come to the counter and said she would have a word with me after . When she came to pay , i asked was everyrhing ok with the food . Her reply was " it was ok !!! Bare in mind the girls are fully aware and trained to ensure a check back is made on the table . At any cost to us if a customer is dissatisfied we correct it PERIOD , THIS IS OUR OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT ANY MISTAKES HENCE THE CHECKBACKS. She then said "did someone die on you recently " and proceeded to say how rude i was. She was certain she was paying at this stage i refused payment and asked her to walk herself out of the premises. NOW ANY FEEDBACK IS ALWAYS TAKEN ON BOARD TO ENSURE WE CAN ONLY DO BETTER . SAID PERSON STATING THE FOOD WASNT GREAT YET HAD ASKED FOR A TAKEOUT BOX FOR HER SONS LEFTOVER FRENCH TOAST AND HER PLATE WAS CLEAN 🤯🤯🤯🤦🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ BAFFLED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT , we are kind polite and genuine folk who work hard !! Be kind not rude !!!
Whoever you are please do not step foot through our premises again 👍 the words "sorry for your loss did someone die on you recently "? ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR .
