Absolutely delighted to say our Scotch Street location has officially been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.

This stuff matters… it means the inspectors walked in, checked everything top to bottom, and we passed with flying colours. Clean kitchens, tight processes, high standards… exactly how we want it.

Huge credit to management and our team in Scotch Street who graft every day to keep things running the way they should. It doesn’t happen by accident… it happens because the staff care.
