Are you interested in joining our fostering community? 💜💜

Foster Plus is a scheme in Neath Port Talbot, where we are looking for foster carers to support children and young people to step down from a residential care setting (a children’s home) into foster homes.

As a Foster Plus Step Down Carer you will be part of a team supporting a child/ young person which includes specialist support from our experienced therapeutic team. Foster carers will receive a weekly payment for the children they care for.

If you are committed and have time to invest in getting to know young people and what matters to them, we would love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to achieve better outcomes for children and young people being looked after within neath port talbot.

🎉🍳 EXAMS FINISHED... TIME TO CELEBRATE! 🍳🎉
A big well done to these lads who popped into The Pop-In Café today to celebrate finishing their final school exam with one of our Mega Breakfasts! 👏
After weeks of revision, early mornings, and exam stress, they've definitely earned it. 💪🍽️
Good luck to everyone waiting for their results, and enjoy a well-deserved summer! ☀️

💚⛰️ Please Support a Fantastic Cause ⛰️

Many of you know my son, Fallon, and I'm incredibly proud to say he'll be taking part in this amazing challenge alongside 11 other Year 11 pupils from Ysgol Bae Baglan.
On 18th June 2026, they will be attempting the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support – a charity that has touched the lives of so many families.
Starting at 4:00am, they'll climb:
🏔️ Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) – 1085m
🏔️ Cadair Idris – 893m
🏔️ Pen Y Fan – 886m
All in a single day!

🌧️ Rain in Wales... Sunshine Everywhere Else! ☀️

From sunny beaches to poolside loungers, it's great seeing our towels enjoying holidays all over the place.

Meanwhile, back home... we're definitely NOT jealous while watching the rain bounce off the windows! 🌧️😂
