Sunday lunch is calling at the Rose & Crown! 🍽️

Chef Marcus has freshly prepared today’s Sunday lunch, using the finest ingredients Dorset has to offer.

Choose from local loin of pork, local topside of beef, locally reared turkey or chicken supreme — £21.95 with all the trimmings included.

Vegetarian options are also available.

Our new Sunday lunch serving times are 12 noon–6pm. Come and join us, settle in and let us take care of lunch.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone — so don’t leave it too late!

A new chapter at the Rose & Crown 🍻

I’m David, your new landlord, and it’s a pleasure to become part of the community as we take on the care of your local.

We’re open and looking forward to welcoming you in. We’re starting with a smaller menu of favourites, focusing on food made in-house with quality ingredients and well-kept b**r. Look out for our changing specials on the boards and here on social media—or simply pop in and see what’s cooking.

We’ve got plenty of ideas, from steak, curry and Italian nights to an exciting programme of entertainment. Keep an eye on our updates as we get things booked and dates in the diary—there’s plenty to look forward to.

Whether you’re joining us for a meal, a pint or a catch-up, you’re always welcome. Thank you for continuing to support your local—we’re excited about what’s ahead.
