Something exciting is coming to Ashley Cross… 🍽️🌞

Over the past few months, Mark has poured his heart and soul into creating PMB Street Kitchen - a brand-new concept inspired by some of his favourite food experiences from his travels across Europe and his years of training. Bringing together European-inspired street food, house-made bratwurst, our signature PMB artisan breads, rich sauces and slow-cooked meats 🌭🥖🍖

We’ve been lucky enough to taste the menu first-hand and it is genuinely exceptional! From the Café de Paris Steak Baguette 🥩🥖 and Chicken Schnitzel Roll 🐔 to the house-made bratwurst 🌭 and Alpine cheese fondue 🫕 every dish has been carefully crafted by Mark using the same passion and attention to detail that PMB is known for!

There’s something rather fitting about sharing great bread and good food at St Peter’s Church, bringing people together around the table, just as food has done for generations 🥖❤️

🇦🇹 AUSTRIA WEEK HAS ARRIVED 🇦🇹 Our Tour of Europe continues and this week we’re heading to Austria… Available from today until Sunday, we’re bringing one of Austria’s most iconic desserts to PMB - the Sachertorte 🍫 First created in Vienna in 1832, the Sachertorte is a rich chocolate cake layered with smooth apricot jam and finished with a glossy dark chocolate glaze. The deep chocolate flavour is perfectly balanced by the subtle fruitiness of the apricot, creating a cake that has stood the test of time for almost 200 years.
