Looking for something to eat or drink before Candles on The Quay on Saturday 29th November? 🕯️

The Quay Poole are proudly supporting the event, kindly donating the mulled wine for our stall outside the pub, where we’ll be serving mulled wine and mince pies, with all proceeds supporting Lewis-Manning Hospice Care. Inside, they’ll be serving their delicious meals as always, open from 10am–11pm.

SAMBÔ - POOLE are also kindly supporting the event, offering 15% off your bill when you add “15% bill Poole BID Candles Event” in your booking notes. Please note bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance (by Friday 28th November) to qualify for the offer. The restaurant is open from 5pm–10pm.

-Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about our rodizio-style dining experience
-Clearly explain how the dining service works to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable meal
-Serve drinks and assist with any additional guest requests throughout their visit
-Ensure effective communication between the waitstaff, kitchen, and bar to provide a seamless dining experience
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
-Prior experience in waitstaff or customer service is preferred, but not required
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with the kitchen and bar teams

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
-Ensure the kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, tidy, and organized.
-Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
-Handle dishwashing, cleaning of utensils, and equipment.
-Maintain a high standard of cleanliness according to health and safety regulations.
-Ensure stock is stored correctly and assist with inventory.
