🎶☀️ TUNES ON THE TARMAC – WHAT A DAY! ☀️🎶
Well, our first Tunes on the Tarmac is done — and what a cracking afternoon it turned out to be!
The weather played ball and there was so much quality live music from Jordan, Under the Yew, Kurt Jones, The Crawdaddies and Kin El. A massive thank you to every one of you — you absolutely delivered. 👏🎸🎤
The sound outside was superb, the sun was shining and the lovely smell of the BBQ was drifting across the car park. 🌭🔥☀️
And you lot certainly turned up! We ended up pulling pretty much every table we could out of the bar to find somewhere for everyone to sit! 😂🍻
There were plenty of great moments throughout the afternoon, but a special mention has to go to Kayleigh, who apparently couldn’t even make it back to her table with a hot dog without breaking into a dance halfway across the Tarmac! 🌭💃😂
That’s the sort of atmosphere we like!
For our first attempt at doing something like this outside, it was brilliant to see the Tarmac full of people enjoying live music, a few drinks, good food and a bit of sunshine.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported it, and to everyone who helped behind the scenes to make the day happen.
And when things wound down outside, District Sessions kept the live music going in the bar. 🎙️🎶
Great music, great sound, great crowd, great weather — and even a Hot Dog Dance! 🌭💃☀️🎸
