Lease for sale.
Due to growing business commitments with my other company’s and raising energy costs I’m in a position where I’d be forced to work in the restaurant full time to make it work and I also have my daughter full time and it wouldn’t be fair on her or myself and I would be killing myself out of pride and not wanting to fail and also it would put pressure on my business partnership on my v**e shops which have grown to 7 locations since the first lockdown, and we’re in the process of negotiating on more locations.
So I’m bowing out after spending a mind-boggling amount of money, and for the little time we have been open I’m really thankful for such great loyalty and patronage of many locals.
I can’t sell this as a successful trading business as it’s not had the chance to achieve a fraction of its potential and I’m hoping someone can pick up the baton and give this little gem the undivided attention it needs.
There will be a 10 year lease available on the building once I’ve dealt with some legal issues, and there will also be a fee to be paid for fixtures and fittings but nothing like what’s been spent and it’s branded throughout so it would be best to keep the same trading name and the Facebook will be passed over to the new owners which has an unbelievable following for actual trading.
