We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for food, and a background in the culinary industry, we would love to hear from you.

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development

- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new dishes and seasonal menus

- Monitor inventory levels

- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
