Long Black or Americano? What's the difference? Who cares?
Well, they're both technically the same but difference is noticeable.... like the Cornish and Devon cream tea.

So whats the difference? For Americano water is poured on a espresso - mixing the crema into the water.

For Long Black an espresso shot is pulled on to the hot water - this maintains the crema on top. This not only makes the drink look more appealing but adds a slight taste intensity from the crema as you drink. 😋

Which one are you - coffee or water first?

For the record of Cream Tea, its jam on first.... but lets not get into that here 😆🍓🍶☕️
