Everything is made in house by us except for the cheese and buns! We make everything in house except the buns and the cheese. Our patties are hand made using amazing beef from small farms. We are open for collections and orders via deliveroo from our truck in Plymouth from Wednesday - Saturday or you can order one of our DIY kits to make our burgers your way at home. These kits deliver every Friday and the order cut off is the Monday at midday.

BURGERFEST

We’re excited to be back Burger Fest UK this weekend! If you’re heading to see us we’ve got a beautiful special for you - the Charcoal Nduja Crunch with Aubrey Allen beef, American cheese, charcoal infused house sauce, Nduja fried onions, crispy spiralised potatoes!

Bringing fresh heat in the heat!

SPICY MARINARA

We braised down short rib in a classic marinara sauce to the point where the meat just falls off the bone and pulls apart. Mix it back in and serve with Zephyr aged beef patty, American cheese, mozzarella cheese skirt, a drizzle of rib man Holy F*uck hot sauce, fresh basil, crispy fried garlic and bone marrownaise! On from today in house until sell out!

IT’S JUST SO SIMPLE…

…But also not that simple! Our bacon cheeseburger is an oxymoron - there are certain complexities to its simplicity. Starting with the bacon - it’s actually pancetta which is much thinner and crisps up better than bacon without the chew and 100% of the favour. The sauce is a mayonnaise made with bone marrow - bone marrownaise which works to elevate the flavour of the beef. A thin slice of white onion offers texture and pairs super well with the beef and cheese. The 4oz pattys are made from our own blend of beef, seared for a perfect crust whilst retaining a beautiful juicy inner. The cheese is always American and the bun is toasted for the ultimate squish without ever falling apart!
