Spot the difference! ๐ & ๐ฑ
We love Lox. It's the bagel that started it all, way back in Absolute Bagels, NYC in 2012.
The Salmon Lox rightly sits at the top.of the world tree of bagels. From it's fascinating creation by the orthodox Jewish community to the bagel you know here and now in Plymouth, we feel that some more light needs to be shed on this all-star.
To celebrate, we've created a VEGAN lox, which has blown us away with its layers of umami richness.
This is going to be served from Friday at both sites, so come down and check it out. Tag any of your amigos who love the plant life too :)
