CHRISTMAS JOINT PRE ORDERS,

Who’s up for having a whole smoked brisket or turkey breast for Christmas smoked right her at Captain’s BBQ.

Pickup will be the 24th at lunchtime with full reheat instructions.

I have 24 brisket slots, they’ll be minimum 3kg each at £220 and turkeys I will have 20 slots at £50 per breast minimum weight will be 2.5kg.

Message me to book, you won’t want to miss out!!!

Thanks everyone who came out, was great to see you all.

Next time I will smoke more, the more you guys come the more I’ll keep adding.

The next 2 weekends are Argyle home games so no full bbq until the 26th Oct.

Also don’t panic if you see the van gone, it’s getting a new engine which means we’ll be mobile by the end of the month!!!

This week for sausage we have the usual N’duja and I’ve made a venison sausage with the meat sourced locally and no not a road kill deer 😂😂.

Next week I may make a Carolina reaper sausage if anyone is up for eating one!!!!

Friday - Smash burgers, Tacos and sandwiches.

Saturday Full BBQ.

Having spoke with people while I’ve been out and about there still seems to be some worry that we have huge lines and we sell out really early. This is not true, I would love to say we have large lines at opening and we’re selling out in 3 hours but it hasn’t been that way in a long time. Customers are coming by throughout the day and it’s steady but we still have food when we’re closing.

So if you haven’t been in a while then please stop by we’d love to see you again and if you speak to someone who thinks we have huge lines let them know we don’t.

I will do my best to be more active on the socials and make regular updates as to what we have left and I’d like to say a huge thank to all the customers who have supported us over the 9 months we’ve been open.

I look forward to seeing you all at the wknd and sharing our wonderful food with you!!!!

Tomorrows menu,

Tacos still being thrown down, not on the menu but if you ask for burnt ends I might be able to hook you up!!!!

Saturdays menu will be burgers and brisket sandwiches and I’ll drop that menu later on, wanted to get today’s out.

If you know anyone who hasn’t been to see us yet bring them down, local support is what keeps us going.
