Our hearts broke a little yesterday as Hollie left us for pastures new as she starts her apprenticeship next week in the big wide world.
Hollie has been with me pretty much from the start, gaining valuable work experience, improving her confidence and resilience in the workplace.
I am not going to lie, her words made me cry because I felt everyone of them.

We will miss her and wish her all the best.

We may just be a “cafe” but the knowledge, skills and experience that people learn whilst here, translates through to the rest of people’s lives, and the impact of this can be seen on the personal written note to the whole team showing that it takes a village to raise a person.

Biggest hitter for me, I will miss your lovingness 😭

When in general are people’s pay days?!

We are trying to work out when people get paid for when it is likely to be busier than normal so we can plan staffing levels, especially we get into our busier months.
