PL1 is coming to close as its nearly time to close the doors on what has been a fantastic year of tasty, fresh, seasonal and sustainable food.

A huge thank you to everyone who booked and dined with us during Italian Trattoria Week!

Your support means so much to our students, who continue to grow in both skill and confidence with every service. These valuable learning experiences simply wouldn't be possible without the encouragement and feedback of our guests.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and passion our students have shown throughout the week, and we're grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a success.

Please note, PL1 and The Brewhouse are both closed today. Our fantastic students are participating in GCSE Exams.

We will, however be back on friday in The Brewhouse serving our Pan -Asian banquette.
