Did you know we also offer items "made to a gluten free and vegan recipe"?

They are made in the same kitchen as all of our products, however we use a separate oven, counter area utensils, wash cloths when doing the dishes, and we bake them before we bake any gluten-containing items.

If you pop down to the shop, you will find these in a separate display case, and within Bertha they will be in this lilac tub; everything else is in grey tubs!

We cannot guarantee they are free from allergens, but as someone who is gluten intolerant and has a daughter with a dairy allergy, I take this very seriously ❤️

Our lilac tub is full today with goodies in our £2 offer. Everything is labelled with a full ingredients list too so you can always double check 😘

Big shout out to another awesome local small business, and this one is right on my doorstep 💛

Root Alpha Kitchen, based in Sherford 🍔

Our little town might not have many amenities yet, but what we do have is some truly amazing small businesses, and this home based takeaway burger joint is definitely one of them.

I tried the vegetarian burger in a gluten-free bun with the Cajun fries, and honestly they are worth the upgrade. The Root Alpha sauce too... oh my goodness 🤤🤤🤤
The whole thing was immense!

If you’re local and haven’t checked them out yet, you really should. Supporting small businesses like this makes Sherford what it is 🙌
