What a day. From the moment the sun came out, there was a real buzz in the air, everyone seemed to be out enjoying the weather and making the most of it. Then, just when you thought the day couldn’t get any better, the sky put on this incredible sunset to round it all off. A perfect end to a perfect day.

We’re now serving four sunshine-ready spritzes: Limoncello, Hugo, Aperol, and our very special Royal Rosa Spritz, made with Código tequila

Sundays are a little different at The VOT…

While everyone else is serving up traditional Sunday roasts, we’re staying true to what we do best. As a tapas bar, every Sunday we’re serving our homemade paella, cooked from scratch and packed with bold Mediterranean flavours.

Loaded with fresh seafood, rich tomato, saffron-infused rice, herbs, and plenty of love, it’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday.

And if paella isn’t your thing, don’t worry, our full tapas menu is also available all day, so you can enjoy all your favourite dishes alongside it.

Join us for an evening of wine discovery as we taste six carefully selected wines from across the Americas, accompanied by nibbles throughout.

The tasting will be hosted by Mark Searight, Brand Ambassador at Sandridge Barton Wines. With WSET training, years of experience leading tours and tastings, and a lifelong passion for wine, Mark will guide you through each bottle and share the stories behind the wines.

Wine Tasting: A trip to the Americas

Join us on 24th June at 7:00 PM for an evening dedicated to exploring the distinctive wines from all over the Americas.

Throughout the evening, we’ll taste a curated selection from each region, comparing styles, flavours, and what makes these wine-producing countries so unique.

Guests will be guided through the tasting in a relaxed and welcoming setting, with nibbles served throughout the evening to accompany the wines.
