If you know me, you'll know I have a very soft spot for our four-legged customers. 🐶💚 Big, small, scruffy or fluffy... they're all VIPs at T's!

So I've been having a little experiment in the kitchen... 🧑‍🍳🐾

Made with Greek yoghurt and banana, I've whipped up some dog-friendly Pup Ices! Captain Flint and Lil Aster are my official taste testers today (it's a tough job, but someone's got to do it! 😂).
If they get the waggy-tail seal of approval, I'll be bringing a batch along to T's this Sunday.

They're a lovely, healthy little treat to help keep your pooch cool while you enjoy your coffee in the woods. 🌳☕🐾

They're completely FREE... but once they're gone, they're gone! So make sure your furry best friend brings their human along nice and early! 🐕💚

Our Mini Love Local Markets are back!

This Sunday (2nd) we have 9 fabulous stalls!

For Sunday 9th we have five local stallholders joining us so far! 🎉 But I'd love to squeeze in another couple of small businesses, so if you make, bake or create something special and have a gazebo and public liability insurance, pop a comment below.
Even better if you can add a photo to show what you do. Let's see if we can find you a spot.
Because there's nothing better than supporting local... and you all know how much we love loving local. 💚☕🌿

For the next four Sundays at T's Coffee, Pitsford, we're bringing you a handpicked selection of our fantastic Love Local stallholders.

Instead of one busy market, we're spreading the love across the whole of August, giving you even more chances to browse, shop local, grab a coffee and enjoy a relaxing Sunday in the woodland.

🤫 Let me tell you a little secret…
About six years ago, during that little thing called COVID (remember that? 😳), I became slightly obsessed with baking macarons.
And when I say obsessed… I mean I perfected them. 😂
I started making them for friends and family, then friends of friends, and honestly, it kept me pretty busy while I was furloughed from my usual event job.
Then life got busy, I went back to work full-time… although calling it a “weekday job” is a bit of a joke because apparently weekdays, evenings and weekends are all fair game! 🤣
And then there’s T’s on a Sunday. ☕🌲🐾b
People often say, “But you’re only open one day a week!”
Yes… but that one day involves an awful lot of preparation, planning, shopping, cleaning and general running around before the doors even open! 😂 And don’t forget I work full time too 🤭
So, sadly, the macarons had to take a back seat.
But I found some old photos of things I used to bake and thought I’d share them with you. 💕
I hope you like them… and who knows, maybe one day I’ll find the time to get my piping bag out again! 👀🍪

🚗☕️ I’ve been thinking…
So many of you told me that you came to the Love Local Market, couldn’t find a parking space, and had to turn around and go home. 😩

Now, don’t get me wrong… it’s a great problem to have! But I really don’t like the thought of people missing out. So, I’ve come up with a plan! 💡

I’ve invited all of our lovely stallholders back to T’s throughout August! 🎉

So every Sunday, you’ll be able to pop along, grab a coffee, enjoy the woodland, and browse a selection of our regular Love Local Market stalls. 🛍️🌲🐶

We’ll be sharing updates on our page with details of who’s coming and when, so keep your eyes peeled!

Hopefully, this means more chances to shop local… and a little less pressure on one very busy market day! 😍

One of the things I love most about the Love Local Market is discovering talented local producers that deserve to be shouted about. ❤️

Ria from Crumbs & Crust was a very last-minute addition to Sunday's market, and what a fantastic addition she turned out to be. Her beautiful artisan sourdough loaves completely sold out by midday! 🥖

They looked absolutely incredible. Sadly, being gluten-free, I couldn't try them myself.

The good news is...we will have a limited amount of Ria's gorgeous sourdough cinnamon rolls available on Sunday and after a brief conversation with Ria I may actually be able to try them too. I know gluten doesn't suit me but because of the longer time to prove and the breakdown of gluten I may well be ok with these. Im still learning and working through my gluten issues, but I feel as that because it only came on in my 40's surely I've got to be able to get rid of the issue? Anyway I'm sure these cinnamon rolls, if they're anything like the bread, they'll disappear quickly!

So if you'd like one, make sure you get here early before they've all gone. 😊

Could yesterday's Love Local Market have been our best one yet? 🤔

Judging by the feedback... it just might have been! ❤️

So many of you commented on the fantastic mix of local makers, artists, food and drink, and that's exactly what we aim for. We want every market to feel different, with plenty to browse, discover and, of course, support local.

As for me... I'm absolutely shattered today! 😴 Running these events is a lot of work behind the scenes, but seeing everyone enjoying themselves makes every early start and long day worthwhile.

Thankfully, I grabbed one of these Energy sparkling waters from Catalyse Life Drinks before they packed up. I'll admit, I was a bit sceptical because it's made with green tea (which I'm really not a fan of!), but I was pleasantly surprised. It's got a lovely flavour and has given me the little boost I definitely needed today.

You might be pleased to know we are trialing stocking all 4 flavours from this Sunday.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported our amazing stallholders and made it such a brilliant day. We couldn't do it without you. ❤️

Catalyse Life Drinks

Every Love Local Market, I like to gift a stall to a local charity. It's just a small way of giving something back to the amazing organisations that do so much for our community.

In the past we've welcomed the RSPCA Northamptonshire, and more recently Animals In Need. Unfortunately, the volunteer who were due to join us tomorrow is unwell and are no longer able to attend.

So, here's a last-minute opportunity...

If you're involved with a local charity and would love a free stall at tomorrow's Love Local Market, send me a message before 9.30pm tonight. It's a bit short notice, but if we can make it work, we'd love to have you with us. ❤️
