Ruthie's Cupcakes I take orders for all occasions. All cupcakes, cupcake bouquets and cakes can be made vegan, gluten or dairy free. I can cater for all occasions.

I also run cupcake decorating classes and birthday parties! Based in Petersfield but can deliver outside the area. I'm based in Petersfield but can deliver to Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant and surrounding areas too. I can make a variety of different colours and flavours of cupcakes including plain sponge, chocolate, coffee, chocolate chip, lemon, raspberry or peanut butter. I can also make cakes for people with special dietary requirements. Any questions please ask!

🧁Good afternoon! Unfortunately, I have made the difficult decision to postpone my Cupcake Bouquet Decorating Class which was due to take place this Thursday evening due to the current heatwave.

🫠Sadly, buttercream does not cope well in the heat and it just doesn't make sense to attempt to run a class in such humid conditions.

🌹I have moved the class to Thursday, July 23rd. It's still at the same venue Blooms Tearoom & Restaurant

🪷All customers who booked on have been emailed - if you can't make the new date you can either move to a different one or I will issue a full refund.

🥵 Sorry for the inconvenience - more dates for Blooms will be released soon and if any spaces do become available, I will pop the link up here!

⭐ I’m so excited to share this with you!

🧁 At the weekend, I made my biggest EVER cupcake bouquet with a whopping 91 cupcakes!

🌹 I was asked by a bride-to-be a few months ago if I would like a new challenge and it’s fair to say it was challenging!

🌷 Putting together so many cupcakes during a hot period, making sure they stayed together and in general just piping so many flowers at once was a little stressful!

💐 I’ll be honest - it didn’t run as smoothly as I would have liked as I lost a couple of cupcakes during transportation! 🙈

🌟 Luckily, I had piped spares and I was able to fix it and even add in a few leaves when I got there. It was a huge relief to finally see it in place and particularly, to see the reaction of the two lovely brides who were there when I arrived.

💍 Many congratulations to the happy couple!

🌺 Would I do it again? Ask me in a couple of weeks time! 😅

🌷 I’m taking a break from cupcake decorating classes over the summer - if I’m honest it’s become a bit more of a challenge over the last few months knowing where to run classes and when works best for people.
