In October 2014, after hearing the announcement that Loomies was to close, two biker friends, Will & Paul, decided to see if they could raid a few piggy banks to see if they could raise enough to buy a 5 year lease to continue that awesome biker-friendly cafe that they know and love. Prior to that it was operated by Leon and Jane (and family) who acquired the site for Loomies in August 2007 and op

ened the doors on the 1st of September 2007. It had been closed / derelict for almost 3 years before that. Previous to this we know that Loomies was once a Little Chef restaurant butwe don't know from when and until when. Do you know anything about Loomies history? We would love to know more. Pick up your passport for a £10 donation, visit biker cafés, grab a brew, and collect stamps along the way.

📅 1st April – 30th September 2026
The more venues you visit, the more raffle entries you earn!

Tonight Bike Night is still on!

However we will be closing the cafe earlier due to weather!
Food until 6:30 pm
Hot drinks and cafe until 7 pm

Hope to see some of you tonight! And for those who we wont see, stay safe and dry until next week!!
