We are so sorry that this batch suppliers delivered us chips that easily turn caramelised as this batch Potatoes that are low in starch (and high in moisture) are poor for frying, as they become soggy. Furthermore, high sugar content causes the chips to caramelize quickly, turning them a dark, black-brown color when fried, rather than golden.

Please note,
We always make our chip after we received every single order. So also freshly made.

We are also hope that next week our chips back to normal golden crispy chips . 🤞

Thank you for understanding .
