🍦 Our Mr Whippy machine is currently out of order 🍦

Due to how frequently the machine is used, it does need repairs and maintenance. Unfortunately, that's the case at the moment.

We completely understand that many of you come specifically for our ice cream, but we'd like to remind everyone that our staff are not responsible for the breakdown and are doing their best to help. Please treat them with kindness and respect – it costs nothing to be nice.

We're working to get the machine back up and running as soon as possible. In the meantime, why not try one of our delicious flavours from Luvians Ice Cream Parlour? They might just become your new favourite! 🤩🍦

CLARIFICATION REGARDING ROADSIDE SERVICES DEVELOPMENT AT HORN FARM

The Horn Milkbar wishes to address recent public confusion surrounding the proposed large scale Roadside Services Development at the Horn Farm.

We want to make it absolutely clear that the Horn Milk Bar or The Horn as we are known; has no involvement whatsoever in this development. The project is being undertaken by external parties, and we are not associated with or supportive of the plans. This is despite repeated attempts by the developers to associate with our business through use of “The Horn” name throughout their documentation.

For over 60 years, the Horn Milk Bar has been a proud, independent local business with deep roots in the community. Our focus remains on serving our customers and preserving the character and values that people know us for. The proposed development does not reflect our vision for the area, and we share the concerns expressed by many members of the public.

We appreciate the continued support of our customers and community as we work to ensure that the Horn Milk Bar remains a distinct and separate entity from any unrelated commercial projects taking place on or around the Horn Farm land.

We invite you to raise any objections to this massive development by logging onto Perth & Kinross Council`s planning portal; registering & raising your concerns by FRIDAY 10th APRIL
Please note 2 separate applications have been lodged by the developers; so ensure you mention that you are objecting to both applications at Horn Farm.
