The machines are safe to use in a marquee or building and create no smoke and only a slight aroma. Our bespoke roasts are ideal for weddings, parties or corporate events. Experienced staff carve and serve with a smile. Clients include Prince Frederik of Denmark, Gleneagles Hotel, Murthly Castle, Fingask Castle and Duntreath Castle.

Lovely day yesterday spit roasting a large piggy for Morna and Orlando on the day before their wedding. We always enjoy roasting in the Cowshed at Comrie Croft as it looks out onto the courtyard where all the guests are enjoying cold drinks. We did, however, produce a bit of a heat haze! We really enjoyed meeting all the guests who were hungry and managed to eat up nearly all the pig. The crackling was really crispy, the decorations beautiful, the bride and groom were lovely, the sun shone and everyone was very happy. What more could one ask?

Good fun yesterday roasting a piggy for Tom and Clodagh at Comrie Croft on the day before their wedding. Lots of very hungry guests partying in the courtyard as the barn was beautifully laid out for the wedding today. Thank you so much Tom and Clodagh, we really enjoyed being part of it all.

Good day spit roasting a piggy for Paige and Tom's Weddings at Comrie Croft. The barn was looking lovely with so many eucalyptus trees turning it into a woodland grove. We were very impressed and with the wooden napkin rings carved by Tom and the napkins, beautifully embroidered with the guests' names by Paige, such lovely way to show guests where they were sitting.

Always enjoyable to be roasting a pig alongside Derek of the Frisky Haggis who always prepares delicious food.

Thank you Paige and Tom for having us to do the spit roast. Best wishes for a very happy life together.
