Introducing a new addition to our Summer Menu ✨

Meet our hot smoked salmon pâté starter.

Lightly smoked and wonderfully creamy, our salmon pâté is paired with crisp kohlrabi, fresh cucumber, pickled fennel and delicate brown crab tuilles for a plate that’s rich, fresh and ever so moreish.

This carefully balanced dish is now being served in our restaurant. We'd love to welcome you in to try it for yourself.

Looking back on July📸

As we head into August, we're pausing to reflect on some of our favourite moments from the past month.

The Grazing Barn was filled with laughter as families, friends and four-legged companions came together for School's Out, soaking up the sunshine over street food, Pimm's and childhood games.🍹

We were delighted to welcome so many aspiring cooks into our Cookery School, where they learnt new skills and created dishes to be proud of. 👩‍🍳

The kitchen garden continued to provide inspiration throughout July, with seasonal fruit and vegetables making their way into the kitchen, while a bright palette of flowers blossomed across the grounds.🌸
