This beautiful vintage tearoom in the heart of Pentyrch is just 7 miles from Cardiff and opened in July 2017. Enjoy delicious homemade cakes, lunches, cream teas and Afternoon Tea* in the unique surroundings of our cosy tearoom, all served on beautiful vintage crockery for a truly unique experience and made by Bethan Kate herself. Relax outside in the sun on the decking or have your tea or coffee

inside surrounded by the gorgeous vintage decor, have a browse through the range of stylish and locally crafted gifts and enjoy the gorgeous smell of freshly baking cakes. Bethan and her fiance Mark fell in love with Pentyrch and bought their house in the village in 2016. Bethan is a qualified Footwear Designer and has run a successful cake business previously so knew the tearoom would be the next exciting adventure.

Just wanted to let all our lovely customers know that the Tearoom twins have arrived safely 🥰 Fen Bella Oakman, 5lb15 born at 3.35pm and Riggs Llew Oakman 6lb1 born at 3.37pm arrived on Friday 13th August, happy and healthy and we were all home the next day!
We're all enjoying being a family of 5 and Ives being the best big brother 🥰 Thank you so much for all the messages, looking forward to everyone meeting them soon 🥰 xx

This year we are offering beautifully presented Treat Boxes full of delicious hand made yumminess for all those wonderful, well deserving Dads out there!

Hi guys!!

So sorry I've been quiet on here lately, so many of you have been asking why..

So excited to let all our wonderful customers and friends know that Mark and I are expecting Twins this August! Ives is so excited to become a big brother and we're feeling SO grateful, lucky and a little bit scared 😂🙈❤️

It's been difficult juggling work, a beautifully busy toddler and feeling so exhausted but I feel so lucky I can still do what I love and run my business and deliver yummy bakes to you all 😍 I'm still taking orders like normal (postal Brownies throughout the UK and local deliveries on Saturdays) until I let you all know when I'm going on Maternity Leave, which shouldnt be for a little time yet.. or until i can't see the oven over my tummy anymore 😂😊

Thank you for being so understanding - This weekends menus will be up a bit later today so keep an eye out 😊 If anyone has any enquiries please just pop me a message!

Happy Mother's Day to all those incredible woman, to the ones who fill the role of Mummy and to those we miss today as well ❤️💐

All our special Mothers Day Afternoon Teas -(and there were a lot!! ❤️) have now been collected and are out for delivery - a huge thank you to our beautiful delivery team and those wonderful people who helped, we couldnt do this without you! xx

We hope you all enjoy them and everyone has a wonderful day! I'm off to spend the rest of the day with my little boy 🥰

💐 MOTHER'S DAY - SUNDAY 14TH MARCH 💐
Our order books are now open for Mother's Day!

This year we will be offering a special Mother's Day Afternoon Tea, containing delicious savoury and sweet treats for those wonderful ladies, who deserve it so much! It will also contain a special Mother's Day biscuit which is available in Welsh or English

Afternoon Tea is £18.50pp and is available for local delivery or collection from me in Pentyrch on Sunday 14th March between 9am-11.30am. Please note spaces are EXTREMELY LIMITED due to having so many advanced bookings already so I'm sorry if I can't take everyone's bookings this time.
Anyone who would like to collect will be given a strict 10 minute time slot to pick up their order. Please be prompt to keep everyone safe and so we can all adhere to distancing rules. If you are unable to make your time slot please ensure you contact me to arrange a new time to collect.
Spaces are limited, full payment will be due via contactless bank transfer on booking and orders won't be confirmed until full payment has been made. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The Afternoon Tea is all made fresh by myself and would be best enjoyed on the day you collect.
As always, I try to make my Boxes exactly as the sample menus, however these maybe subject to change slightly if any ingredients aren't available. Cancellations need to be given a week before the collection/delivery date.

I also have a limited number of vintage cake stands to hire, if you'd like details of this, please just let me know and I'll send that information seperatly.

To order, please just let me know how many Afternoon Teas you'd like, if you'd the biscuit in Welsh or English, the recipients name and address (if for delivery) and if you'd like a note included at all.

Looking forward to creating some lovely delicious gifts for all those beautiful Mums, Step-Mums, Grandma's, Mums-to-be and all the special ones in between ❤️
