One of last week's favourites was our fresh pan-fried sea bass, served on a bed of stir-fried vegetables and finished with a delicious Thai green curry sauce. 🐟🥬

The feedback on this dish was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect combination of light, filling, and packed with flavour. 😊
