Our beautifully flavour filled smashed lime avocado, butterbean and coconut milk hummus and marinated cucumber waffle can be served as a vegan option if you’d prefer (please just let us know) or go full fat and have one of our normal potato waffles with the cheese. Either way its lovely with a crisp cold glass of rose.

We’ve been working away in the background to source some amazing british independent brands to fill the deli with. Goat Rodeo Goods has some absolutely brilliant products, their branding and their whole vibe is exactly what we love. Even better they’ve done a collab with Northern Pasta Co. who are based just down the road in Carnforth. Pop in and grab yourself some goodies this week, and then pop back the week after to see what else we’ve got in.

Top right is Mike…..he hand roasts traceable small holder farm coffee in his HQ just down the road. The bottom photo is John who is the third generation dairy farmer at his family farm a few miles away from the shop.
Beautifully roasted coffee + creamy local milk = one banging drink that sells itself!
