RIGHT, YOU LOT… TOMORROW WE’RE STARTING EARLY. 😂

The doors are opening at 8AM because apparently some of you are awake and functioning at that time… couldn’t be us, but we’ll support it and it saves me getting moaned at by a cheeky few of you 😉🤣

We’ll be here until 3PM, ready with proper breakfasts, good coffee, something sweet for the cake goblins and just a place for you to come and have a bit of a chinwag.

Come in, say hello, have a natter, fill your face and leave feeling like you’ve actually achieved something with your day. 😂❤️

Can I just say a massive thankyou to everyone who wished me a happy birthday in the cafe today. All the gifts, cards, flowers.. I have never felt so loved by so many people. I truly love my job, and that’s thanks to all of you. Thankyou so so much ❤️❤️

Hope everyone is having an amazing week ❤️ as most are probably aware I’m down in Cornwall for the week, and the girls have been doing an amazing job in the cafe 💕 thankyou for constantly supporting , cheering and bringing constant positivity to us.. it means the world to us in there ☺️

Elle is going to offering chicken wraps today! southern fried chicken fillet, salad of your choice all wrapped up in to a wrap for a hearty lunch! These will be served from 12.30…

Of course we have our normal menu through out the day, breakfasts will be stopping at 11.30 but she will still be able to offer the bacon sarnies, sausage sarnies and anything else on the menu!

Today at books and cooks the girls are doing hot dogs and beef burgers, with all the trimmings including fried onions 🤤 .. so why not pop in and grab your self a quick bite to have in or take it away ❤️

Just a little heads up everyone 💛

The café will be CLOSED tomorrow (Tuesday) while we take a little break as a team.. Don’t panic… your caffeine withdrawal should only last 24 hours. 😜

We’re OPEN today as usual, serving up all your favourites… breakfasts, lunches, homemade treats and, of course,coffee! . ☕🍳🥪
