Greetings from Bali! ☀️

Joined a local cooking class today with Kellie and her fantastic family from Oz, plus friends from Portugal and Cape Verde.

I’ve been living on the local noodles, rice, and authentic Indonesian satay sauce out here, and I felt it would make great a accompaniment for my BBQs. Every day’s a work day! 🤣

Learned the secrets behind the flavours, including an ingredient for the satay sauce I’ve never seen back home (though to be fair, I only shop in Bookers! 🤣).

Looking forward to bringing the taste of Asia to The Par Inn!
