A few months ago, Brain Fuel was just an idea.

Today I was serving coffee at a business event, working alongside Trail Grazers and continuing to grow something that started with a simple idea and a lot of determination.

The voiceover in this video is from Bobby Broon, and the message couldn't be more true. You'll never have everything figured out, but if you believe in something, sometimes you just need to take that first step and see where it leads.

☕ BRAIN FUEL UPDATE ☕

Although I won't be at Brodie Park this weekend, there's still plenty happening behind the scenes.

While I await a further update regarding my street trading application and future park trading locations, Brain Fuel will continue attending booked events and private functions.

I've got some exciting bookings coming up over the next few months:

📍 Providing refreshments at a Business Lunch alongside Trail Grazers – 10th June 2026

💛 Chris's House Charity Event – 28th June 2026

🎶 Paisley Music & Arts Festival – 22nd August 2026

🎉 Private Birthday Party – 16th January 2027

It's great to see Brain Fuel continuing to grow and being invited to such a variety of events, from business lunches and charity fundraisers to festivals and private celebrations.

📅 Event bookings are now open for 2026 and 2027.

We tried everything to keep Brain Fuel at Brodie Park… but this changes everything ☕

A few months ago I was just setting up a small coffee cart in Brodie Park hoping a few people would stop for a coffee ☕💛

I genuinely never expected Brain Fuel to grow the way it has.

From cold mornings in the park, to queues at the cart, meeting so many amazing people, getting support from the local community and even getting booked for weddings and events… it’s been mad to see how far it’s come already.

I honestly thought Brodie Park was going to become the permanent home of Brain Fuel.

We tried every possible route to make that happen. Meetings, applications, plans, measurements we really gave it everything we could.

Sadly, because of restrictions around trading inside the park grounds, it wasn’t possible long term.

But… we kept pushing 👊

And after a lot of work behind the scenes, I’m buzzing to say Brain Fuel Coffee Cart has now secured an officially approved trading location beside Barshaw Park main entrance on Glasgow Road ☕🚀

At 16 years old, this feels massive to me.

What started as just an idea has now turned into: ☕ official trading pitches 💍 wedding bookings 🎉 event hire 📱 over 2,000 followers 🐶 hundreds of puppychinos served

None of this would’ve happened without the support from everyone who’s stopped by the cart, shared posts, told friends about us or even just came over for a chat.

I know a lot of the Brodie regulars will be disappointed and honestly I am too because that park will always be a special part of the journey.

But this is only the beginning for Brain Fuel 💛

From serving my first coffees in the park… to securing my first official trading pitch at 16 years old.

Let’s see where this goes ☕🚀

This weekend was stressful, exciting and honestly one we’ll never forget. Massive thanks to everyone who stopped by for a coffee, supported the page or shared the journey with us 💛

What a day 👊☕

Today was all about prep for our first big wedding exhibition at Braehead Arena and honestly… it was chaos at times 😂

Few mistakes made, plenty pressure and definitely a lot learned today. We headed through to Glasgow to pick up ice from ICE and then realised my mum had already filled the freezer with a massive Asda shop… so the hunt for another freezer began 😅❄️

Safe to say we managed to get sorted in the end and I’m glad we did because the iced drinks were popular straight away today 🙌

It was a busy one getting everything organised but we kept cool and got there in the end 💪

Big thanks to my cousin Iona and my dad for helping out today, proper team effort 👏💛

Now it’s an early night for me before doing it all again tomorrow 😴☕

Buzzing with how the day went and excited for what’s ahead 👀

☕ Just a update for our park customers 😊

This weekend Brain Fuel Coffee Cart will be at the Braehead Wedding Exhibition, so unfortunately we won’t be operating in the parks this Saturday & Sunday.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate all the support from everyone who visits us 💛

The good news is… we’re already working hard behind the scenes to get another cart on the road 👀🚀

The goal is to always have a Brain Fuel cart operating in the park, even when we have weddings, events or private bookings ☕
