Customer Announcement ‼️

Due to the Paisley Half Marathon taking place tomorrow, resulting in Underwood Road being advised online as fully closed between 8am-2pm, we have made the decision to close tomorrow all day! Sundays are typically our busiest day of the week, so we are sorry to our regulars that we won't be providing your Sunday breakies☺️

We will be back open, Monday morning 7.30 as usual!

LOCAL BUSINESSES BE AWARE!!!!!!!

Happened today on Underwood Road around the back of 2pm.

Today, this character came in asking me to swap his change for a £10 note. I told him I would but would be counting it first ( as change is always welcome!)

He pours his jar of change out and I start counting it, while he tries telling me his story that he's been made homeless today and kicked out straight away (I'm only half listening as I was counting), then say to him that I've already counted £10, and am still counting, while he takes another £5 in coins out of his plastic carrier bag. While I keep counting, I noticed a wee sugar sachet wrapper in amongst the change and it made my instinct say this has come from another cafe, so I look up and he's got his left hand IN OUR STAFF'S TIP JAR 😡😡😡😡 with the lid fully off, bold as brass!!!

I told him absolutely not, take his change and get out straight away and said it's disgusting, don't do that to anybody. He still asked me to change it but I told him to get out.

It turns out it's the same man who also tried to steal some stock off our display fridge last week, and somebody with him last week, tried to scam us for getting his change back twice.

Came on Facebook to update our page to share awareness for other local businesses, and then saw this picture so he is obviously doing the rounds 😡

Disgusting behaviour.

Happy New Year when it comes!

We are now closed until Sat 3rd Dec, to give our lovely team a couple of days off with their families!

Just a heads up that the Toy Bank are closing their Christmas drop off points for physical donations on Wednesday 10th Dec! Thank you to Liz for uplifting our collection today ✨️ All of the volunteers do such an amazing job! We can still accept physical donations until Wednesday, and after that the Toy Bank would be so grateful for any online donations made 🎄🎅

⚠️DROP OFF POINT UPDATE⚠️

We will close for physical donations of toys and gifts as of Wednesday 10th December. We cannot thank all of our drop off points enough, for the invaluable support they provide not only to us but the local young people they gift joy to by being a vital part of our operation.

It's this time of year again where we are honoured to be a Drop Off Point for The Renfrewshire Toy Bank 🎅🎄

Our donation box has been up and running and is filling up nicely! But this is just a reminder that if any of our lovely customers are able to donate anything, then it is very much appreciated ❤️

The organisation do an amazing job, all year round, but every single Christmas they work all hours to put together so many referrals for children of all ages, around Renfrewshire.

They ask that all donations are in new, unused condition... and they go a long way to helping so many children have a special Christmas morning 🎅🎄

If any of our customers who receive deliveries from us perhaps have anything to donate, we can gladly accept these via our delivery drivers!

As a small business navigating challenging times just to be in business, from when we took over in 2019, we still pride ourselves on providing great customer service. We also prioritise making tasty, quality food - including a huge range of homemade soups and meals from scratch - and offering a huge variety - as well as having banter while we are at it 🤪

Of course we make mistakes at times but we always to try our best to rectify them and do what we can to fix it.

To read through our Just Eat reviews from the last couple of weeks just shows us that we are doing okay!!

We are proud of and appreciative of our hard working team who help us to achieve this and we are so grateful for every single customer who chooses to spend their money with us, and to take the time to leave a review - especially positive and to be so kind about it 😃❤️
